Often we may limit the potential of listening to our body and improving awareness by learning through visual demonstration only. Also, we tend to pick up movement habits from others based on what we see, which is not always a good movement pattern, or specific to our own body. These audio movement sessions will offer you an exploration of creating movement through imagery and verbal instruction.
